Spicy Mango King Prawns

Ingredients:
  • 3 king prawns
  • 3 pieces of fresh mango
  • 3 slices of cooked egg white
Seasonings:
  • 1 tbsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
  • 5 tbsp fresh mango juice
Preparation:
  1. Chill Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic in a fridge for an hour so that it becomes thicker, then mix with the fresh mango juice.
  2. Steam the king prawns, then remove the shells. Skew each king prawn with a piece of mango and put it on a slice of cooked egg white.
  3. Pour the mixed sauce on top of the plate and serve.
