Crispy Singapore Rice Vermicelli
with Satay Squid

Ingredients:
  • 120g Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli
  • 100g squid
  • 10g onion, shredded
  • 10g green pepper, shredded
  • 10g minced garlic
Seasonings:
  • 2 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • ˝ tsp chicken stock
Preparation:
  1. Soak Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli in hot water till softened and drain.
  2. Stir fry rice vermicelli with hot oil until both sides become slightly brown and set aside.
  3. Stir fry the rest of the ingredients and seasonings, then pour next to the rice vermicelli, serve hot.
