Beef Roll with Enoki Mushrooms
(Recipe created by Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- slices of beef
- 40g enoki mushrooms
- 20g asparagus, chopped
Seasonings:
- ½ tbsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Dipping sauces:
- 3 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
- 3 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
Preparation:
- Marinate the beef will all seasonings.
- Roll the beef mushrooms and asparagus.
- Pan fry the beef rolls until cooked and serve. Dip with Yeo’s Satay Sauce and Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce.
