Supreme Roast Chicken Breast
(Recipe created by Yum Cha Chinese Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 chilli, chopped
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp each sugar, vinegar and chicken stock soup
- 1 tsp corn flour
Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken breast with garlic, chilli, salt and sugar for an hour.
- Then roast it in the oven on 200F for 10 minutes.
- Mix all seasonings with 2 tbsp of water and cook until the sauce become thicken then pour it onto the chicken and serve.
