Sweet Spicy Conch
(Recipe created by New Loon Fung Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- conchs
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Seasonings:
- 3 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Cook the conchs in boiling water to well done, shells off, clean and sliced.
- Mix conch with all seasonings and sesame seeds, then serve.
