Sweet Spicy Conch

Ingredients:
  • conchs
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Seasonings:
  • 3 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
  1. Cook the conchs in boiling water to well done, shells off, clean and sliced.
  2. Mix conch with all seasonings and sesame seeds, then serve.
