Grilled Eel with Satay Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 320g eel
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Seasonings:
  • 2 tsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
Preparation:
  1. Clean, bone off the eel and drained.
  2. Mix seasonings, minced garlic and place on the eel. Medium heat grill for 10 minutes, cut into pieces and serve.
