Grilled Eel with Satay Sauce
(Recipe created by Royal China Queensway Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 320g eel
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation:
- Clean, bone off the eel and drained.
- Mix seasonings, minced garlic and place on the eel. Medium heat grill for 10 minutes, cut into pieces and serve.
