Fried Vermicelli with Vegetables and Chicken

Ingredients:
- 150g Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli
- 30g chicken, shredded
- 10g each carrots, mangetouts, pickle cabbage, dried mushrooms, all shredded
- 10g bean sprouts
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Soak Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli in hot water till softened, drain well and set aside.
- Mix chicken with all seasonings.
- Stir fry carrots, mangetouts, pickle cabbages, dried mushrooms, bean sprouts and chicken. Add water (2 tsp) and cook for a while, add rice vermicelli and stir fry until done.
