Golden Chilli and Garlic Beef
(Recipe created by Top of the Town Chinese Restaurant)
Ingredients:
- 200g beef fillet, cubed
- 50g carrots, celery finely chopped
- 150g garlic flakes and deep fried
- onion, minced
Seasonings:
- 10 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
- 3 tsp corn flour, mix with 2 tsp of water
- 1/4 tsp salt and sugar
Preparation:
- Marinate the beef with Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce and corn flour.
- Stir fry beef with Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic until cooked, set aside. Stir fry carrots and celery until cooked, set aside.
- Stir fry onion, add beef, celery, carrots, Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil, salt, sugar, corn flour and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Put garlic flakes on top and serve.
