Golden Chilli and Garlic Beef

(Recipe created by Top of the Town Chinese Restaurant)
 
Ingredients:
  • 200g beef fillet, cubed
  • 50g carrots, celery finely chopped
  • 150g garlic flakes and deep fried
  • onion, minced
Seasonings:
  • 10 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp corn flour, mix with 2 tsp of water
  • 1/4 tsp salt and sugar
Preparation:
  1. Marinate the beef with Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce and corn flour.
  2. Stir fry beef with Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic until cooked, set aside. Stir fry carrots and celery until cooked, set aside.
  3. Stir fry onion, add beef, celery, carrots, Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil, salt, sugar, corn flour and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Put garlic flakes on top and serve.
