Ezy-Cook Noodles with Black Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 5 pork chops
- 2 pk Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 5 spring onions stalks
- 50g bean sprouts
- 50g onions, shredded
- 20g each green and red peppers, shredded
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Oyster Sauce
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Dark Soy Sauce
Preparation:
- Soak Yeo’s Ezy-Cook Noodles in hot water till softened, drain and set aside.
- Pan fry pork chop to well done and set on the plate.
- Stir fry spring onions, bean sprouts, onion, green and red peppers for 2 minutes, add black pepper, noodles and all the seasonings, stir fry for further 1 minute and serve.
