Fried Venison with Ginger, Spring Onion and Garlic

Ingredients:
- 100g venison, sliced
- 10g spring onion, shredded
- 10g ginger & garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp cooking wine
Seasonings:
- 2 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Yeo’s Oyster Sauce
- 4 tsp chicken stock soup
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp each sugar & salt
Preparation:
- Marinate the venison with Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce, cooking wine and corn flour for 15 minutes. Stir fry the venison for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Stir fry ginger, garlic, spring onion,Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce, then add the venison, Yeo’s Oyster Sauce, chicken stock soup, sugar, salt and cook until sauce become thicken. Add Yeo’s Sesame Oil and serve.
