Golden Treasure Fried Rice with Oats

Ingredients:
  • 300g boiled rice
  • 20g ginger, diced
  • 20g mushroom, diced
  • 20g enoki mushroom
  • 20g oats
  • 20g pineapple, diced
  • egg(use egg white only)
Pineapple boat:
  • pineapple (remove all pineapple flesh)
Seasonings:
  • 100g Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste
Preparation:
  1. Stir fry the egg white with all ingredients. Add Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste and keep stir frying until slightly brown.
  2. Put fried rice into the pineapple bowl and cook in the oven (medium heat) for 2 minutes.
